As has already been shared, on Sunday, June 11, immediately after morning worship, we will have
wherein we will be electing members of the Trustee Board. As per The Doctrine and Discipline of the
elections must be in person, so only members present that day are eligible to vote.

In the same meeting, I will also be announcing my appointments of the Director of Christian Education; Church School
Superintendent; Director of Music and Arts, as well as members of the Steward Board and the commissions on Stewardship
& Finance and Membership & Discipleship. These officers, along with the presidents of organizations and auxiliaries
holding their elections June 4-l l, will participate in a special installation service during morning worship in July.

The second of our two Church Conferences this month is virtual and is on Monday, June 26, at7 p.m., during which we will
adopt the budget for the ZO23-24 Conference Year. A budget, of course, reflects the church’s priorities – and our planned
initiatives are only made possible by God’s providence and through your generous financial support.
